Behaviour
At our school, we believe that positive behaviour helps every child to learn, feel valued, and achieve their best. Our approach is guided by our core values: We are ready, respectful and safe. These values are at the heart of everything we do, helping us create a calm, caring and purposeful environment where everyone can succeed.
We work closely with pupils and parents to build strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect. Clear boundaries and high expectations help children understand what good behaviour looks like, while our staff provide consistent support and encouragement to help them make positive choices.
We celebrate and reward positive behaviour in many ways, recognising effort, kindness and responsibility as well as achievement. By working together, we ensure that our school is a safe and happy place where everyone feels ready to learn, respectful of others, and confident in themselves.
